Chef Dominique shares his love of cooking in a unique hands on setting. Cooking classes are done most every other Saturday. See available dates below. Classes cost $40.00 per person.

Class 1 - October 13 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Veal Stock:  the base for sauces such as Bordelaise, Poivres etc,

served with Beef or Veal and How to make a petite Baguette
